Dr. Beech’s background includes leadership roles in military, nonprofit, and for-profit organizations.
Christine began her career with military service, followed by years of teaching leadership and community engagement to federal agents. She also has a background in corporate entrepreneurship, and now has 19 years of consulting experience. She holds a Doctoral degree in business management and her academic research is in nonprofit business models. It was that research that led to her desire to leverage her business background in support of the public sector and nonprofit community.
She has led the development of businesses large and small, from a global consulting firm, to a boutique consulting practice. Christine’s experience includes launching and growing a management consulting business with over 120 staff and 21M+ in annual revenue, bidding and winning on contracts valued at over 5M, and serving as both a prime and sub contractor on federal contracts.
Additionally, Christine served for several years as the Executive Director and Endowed Chair of a higher education entrepreneurial program. In that role, she designed and launched a graduate certificate in Innovation and Entrepreneurship for the university, and served as core faculty in the business department.
Combining her background in the public sector, business, nonprofits, and education, Christine truly enjoys helping individuals and organizations imagine, design, and execute a variety of ways to maximize their mission capacity.
